The Next Fibromyalgia Friends Together Monthly Meeting
The next in person meeting of Fibromyalgia Friends Together is about Understanding and Managing Sleep
and is on Thursday 20th June 2024 at 1.15pm
Occupational Therapists from Wellbeing Therapy Solutions, will be joining the group to run a session on Understanding and Managing Sleep.
One of the common difficulties people with Fibromyalgia have is sleeping. Difficulties sleeping can impact on feeling able to cope with the day ahead. In this session we will look at the body’s response to sleep and how we can convince our body to let us drift off. We will share practical strategies you could try when sleep is disrupted.
This will be a supportive session and there will be opportunity to talk 1:1 with the facilitators before and after the session should anyone wish to.
