Fibromyalgia Friends Together

We are a support group offering a safe, inclusive space for people with fibromyalgia (FM), their families, friends, and their carers. Through monthly meetups, our helpline, and our Facebook community, we share stories, tips, tools, and strength.

Our aim is real support for those living with fibromyalgia, while recognising the vital role of carers and families. We understand the challenges - chronic pain, disturbed sleep, brain fog, and multiple fibromyalgia symptoms and provide a supportive network of care and hope.
As a fibromyalgia advocacy group, we raise awareness, tackle stigma, and campaign for better NHS services. At local events we share information, resources, and guidance on benefits, well-being, and community support
