Thursday 21st March 2024 at 1.15pm Focus on Budgeting skills
For our Fibromyalgia Friends Together Monthly Meeting on March 21st 2024, Kate and Janet, Occupational Therapists from Wellbeing Therapy Solutions, will be joining the group to run the first of 3 sessions on Budgeting Skills this year. Session one is a reflective session where we can explore our thinking, attitudes and emotions regarding money and budgeting. We will have the opportunity to consider our current budgeting approach and any changes we’d like to make, including any barriers that may get in the way. This will be a supportive session and there will be opportunity to talk 1:1 with the facilitators before and after the session should anyone wish to.
Kate and Janet would also like our thoughts on what would be helpful to cover in the following sessions.
